男性スタッフの対応が良くなかったです。歯ブラシを節約したいがために、私が希望した時にあんまり渡しをしてくださいませんでした。サービスの態度に問題あります。 また、私のIPhoneの充電器を貴ホテルに忘れており、電話で問い合わせしたところ、男性のスタッフから忘れ物がないとコメントをいただきました。 貴ホテルには再度行きたいと思いません。 スタッフのサービス品質はビジネスの良し悪しを決めますので、きちんと教育をしてあげてください。貴ホテルの立地が良いので、勝負しやすいと思い、ただスタッフの接し方が非常に残念と思いました。

Good Stay

Service staff was warm and courteous. Amenities were well provided. Breakfast, though simple, was good enough for most. Location was also good and near Hakata Station and within walking distance to shopping areas and some attractions.

Bread was so yummy !

The room was not spacious, but comfy for the price. Breakfast was excellent ! Free drink of coffee, fresh juice and they serve kitchen baked breads, which were really good.

Good location but small windowless room

The hotel was in good location, but the room was without window, and worst of all, the breakfast was disappointing. There were 3 types of bread, hard-boiled egg, instant soup and coffee. Way to simple for a "hotel breakfast". Not even marmalade for the bread? I was very disappointed with the breakfast. I felt almost cheated. But I do understand that the location pushes the price up. If they have a normal breakfast, I would say given its location, it is a fair price.

寝るだけのホテルと割り切るなら良し。

駅から徒歩で7分程度。どこへ行くにも便利です。朝食のパンとスープはパン食で大丈夫なら格安だと思います。スタッフはよく教育されていて気持ちが良いです。ただし部屋はビジネスホテルと割り切った方が良いでしょう。サイズは狭くて眺めは期待できません。

Standard business class hotel near to main JR Stn

Standard business class hotel. Short walk to the train station so was a good location. Breakfast was included but it was a bit basic which is to be expected. Room was small but quiet and clean. Staff were helpful when I wanted the room changed to non smoking (booked smoking in error), no question asked.

Decent hotel for short stays

There aren't a lot of amenities at this hotel but it had all the basics. Pros: it was very close to the station and about a 15 min walk to Canal city shopping center, free wifi in the lobby, free continental breakfast, friendly staff, room was clean, laundry room available, easy to find Cons: no wifi in rooms Overall, this hotel was a good choice for a more affordable, conveniently located hotel in Fukuoka and I would recommend it and would stay here again.
