Overall good, but slightly overpriced in my opinion. Restaurant is mostly Japanese style, with limited capacity. No room service. Next to girl bars and host clubs, but still quiet. Currently construction next door daytime only.

Excellent location. Clean rooms

Great location, staff service is good. My twin single room is a bit small but I guessed it’s Japan standard. Breakfast is average though, limited choices. Onsen is a very small pool, not impressive.

In my humble opinion this is a 3 star hotel not 4. Don’t get me wrong, it’s clean & modern. Staff is friendly, but I noticed the walls in the room were dirty and scratched. Great centric location though.
