Apartment with modern and functional decoration, ideal for two couples with two children, or up to six adults.
The house comes equipped with everything, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, microwave, LED TV with Netflix, high speed Wifi Internet, etc.
It is very bright and comfortable, all beds have a visco-elastic mattress, and blinds to regulate the level of light.
The house is located in the heart of the city, specifically in a perpendicular street of Primero de Mayo Street, the main commercial road of Puerto del Rosario.
Surrounding the house you can find supermarkets, the Harbour, the Health Center, the Bus Station, the Municipal Library, and even the Insular Auditorium.
Walking five minutes, along the coast, you arrive to Playa Chica, and if you continue a little more, you can surf in Playa Blanca, in front of the Parador de Turismo. If you go to the center, you get to the mall, where you can find the main stores like Zara, Massimo Dutti, etc.
There is enough parking in the area. I recommend you rent a car, but buses can take you where you need to:
