In the heart of the countryside, a group of 3 independent cottages.
Small shared farmyard.
This single-story cottage has been traditionally renovated in a former farm building (bread oven).
Enclosed 600 m² wooded garden with south-facing terrace and garden shed. Swing set, sandpit, and pétanque court are available.
Living room with open-plan kitchen, 3 bedrooms (1: 140x190 cm bed with private bathroom, 2: 2 single beds, 3: 2 single beds), shower room, and separate toilet. Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, freezer, and complete baby equipment.
Included: Electricity and electric heating.
Not included: Sheets, towels, and firewood. A mandatory cleaning fee is required for business customers (€95).
Pets: €100 deposit.
Canal de la Martinière 3 km and Pornic 20 km
Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:
- End-of-stay cleaning: €75.43 per stay
