The Gîte du Grand Chêne is located in a small subdivision, 8 km from the sea, between Nantes and St Nazaire (about 40 km). Independent, newly built, it benefits from modern comfort.
Enclosed land of 400 m² with south/west terrace. Garage.
Single storey: spacious and bright living room with open fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms each with a private bathroom (1: 140x190 bed, 2: 2 90x190 beds), separate toilet and linen room.
Equipment included: wifi, DVD player + cassettes, baby equipment (bed/chair/bath/deckchair).
Included: sheets and towels.
Not included: electricity, aerothermal heating and tourist tax.
Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival:
