Poor service standards

Staff was never where you wanted them. Pre-arrival they never answered the phone. Upon check-in we were told we could only have one room (family of four) no exceptions. You had to queue for the elevators which are tiny and slow as can be. (Housekeeping blocked the elevator this morning for 15 minutes, forcing people to use the stairs. Breakfast was ok and rooms are new.

We received a hotel room next to the elevator, which was the most annoying and frustrating experience I have ever had. The elevator did not stop running throughout the day and especially during the night. I have a 9-month-old baby who was unable to take even one good nap this weekend, which completely ruined our trip. I sincerely hope they take this room out of service. Upon entering, we were greeted by a very strong sewer odor, which was quite unpleasant. We did not complain to the front desk because we were only staying for one night, but I feel I should receive a refund for such a terrible experience. I also have videos to prove the noise we endured during our stay.

Worth it!

Great stay. I enjoy staying here when I come from out of town. this is now the only place I will stay. its clean for the most part. A few minor things but definitely worth the cost. the location is great.

The staff could not pull my reservation nor the other 4 guests. Selena didn’t even try to figure out the root cause of the issue. Selena gaslight me insinuating that it’s my fault and tell me to call the third party that It book it from. Selena was unpleasant and unapologetic once she realized it was the system issues. She did not apologize. She made me book with the hotel directly and act like she did me a favor by giving discount. But my bill was total to the same as before. So what favor or compensation did she gave me. JACK SHIIT
