Staff not so friendly, wouldnt give extra towels (towels old and dirty looking) tv going bad, didnt feel the cleanist or the best place to park vehicle...but it works if you need a place to sleep

Room was not what I reserved and paid for through you guys (Orbitz). I paid for suite, but was given a much smaller room upon check. Lady at front desk was really nice and welcoming.
Just wonderful. No complaint. The only thing missing was you better not forget your toiletries since they don't provide any.
I'm not generally too picky, but there were some issues. First was the smell of the place in general, let's just say it wasn't fresh. Second issue is I was asleep and about 7am I get a call from front desk saying there is a noise complaint. I told her I was in here asleep and you just woke me no noise in here. Lady says to me "take care" a couple times, huh?. Anyway so I get back to sleep then checkout a few hours later. I got no apology or anything go eat next door at Denny's as I come out notice man on ladder next to room I was in repairs or something. Place needs to learn customer service!
We checked in at 4pm. It took the clerk almost 15 minutes to find my reservation. I was told that loud construction would be going on at the hotel till 6pm and the water would be turned off for 30 minutes.The hallway carpet was so filthy and there was paint containers and material all along the hallway. We went swimming in the pool till 5pm, returned to shower in our room and there was still no running water till 7:45pm! The bed was very hard and we woke up sore the next morning. This was a very bad experience. We will never use ABVI again.
We purchased this room for 71.00. No hidden fees. This motel has recently been completing remodeled. For the money it's so great value....Soooo impressed with the rooms condition, freshness and cleanliness....very roomy.
I booked my room online and when I got there the manager didnt like the fact that I reserved it online and began lecturing me as to why I should have booked over phone or in person. They failed to mention they are doing construction inside with the halls cluttered with equipment and workers. The bathroom door jammed on the toilet every time I had to open or close it. Less than 15 channels and the walls. Were paper thin and could hear every movement and noise from the hallway and room next door. The entire lobby stinks of very strong indian food as well.

The staff very friendly and helpful. Very easy off and on freeway,and gas and food less than 75 yards away. lastly very good price! Only complaint would be to add a softer pillow,the current ones great for sitting up watching T.V., bit terrible for sleeping,i put a note in my file to bring own pillow next visit.

SORRY FOR INCONVINECE 23 IS FULL MY MOTEL WE ALREDY GAVE EXTRA TOWEL RUN OUT STOCK AND TOWEL WE HAVE CLEAN AND WE HAVE SAFE PLACE PARK ANY CAR
