I traveled with two other companions with their own rooms. We had a variety of issues. Our rooms weren’t tidied. Used Towels were removed but not replaced. The keurig wasn’t restocked. The ac/ heater in one room totally didn’t work. The toilet barely flushed, the showed head produced needl-like water or so soft I doubted it would rinse my hair. One room had strange noises coming from the housekeeping room next door that were heard over the phone to a family member. She had to change rooms. We had to go downstairs to get supplies. No apology, or action to right things. We could have driven but stayed after many weeks of tule fog in the area. We weren’t rude to the desk attendant. We were completely ignored. I doubt we would ever stay there again. Which is sad since we are in town twice a year for spiritual encouragement and education.
