BBQ and dine on the back porch. Large smart TV. Office area provided with WIFI. Covered parking and outdoor plugs for your boat. Plenty of parking area for recreational vehicles. Only minutes from Lake Palestine, River Run Mud park, 5H shooting range & Pine Dunes golf course. Just minutes to Frankston and centrally located between Palestine, Jacksonville, Tyler and Athens.

Peaceful Place after A Day of Exploring

We are looking at different areas in TX to retire. This was our first trip to the Tyler area. The cabin was perfect! It was exactly as expected, clean, very comfortable and welcoming. While there was a short drive to get to Tyler, it was less than I spend on my daily commute in San Antonio. After we spent our day exploring Tyler and Lindale, it was nice to come back to such a home like cabin and sit talking about our day on the patio. Linda was very responsive to my texts and VRBO messages. She is very welcoming. We are looking forward to going back!

Cowboy Cabin
