We went to play in a pool, but your pool was not clean or heated (indoor pool). Everything else was good but i was really looking forward to getting in a pool. That made our visit disapointing.

Clean and comfy.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff were super friendly. Didn't really have the opportunity to use the pool or do the breakfast( it smelled amazing though). No compliants.

Every floor smelled wonderful like a burning firewood even the stairwell. You can tell this staff really loves this hotel. I had to remodel a Dollar general right beside them and they were nothing but accommodating to me as well as my teams. We are in the Lufkin area a good bit remodeling stores. We will definitely stop here every time.

A little disappointing

The room we were given was very damp feeling all night long, making for a difficult time of sleeping. There was a large area of the carpet that was either dirty or heavily stained. Breakfast was ok but nothing to write home about.

The hotel is very good, but I did see minor spots that need to be repaired. Paint on the wall, corner area's in the restrooms, and meat on the breakfast menu.

Decent stay

Overall the experience is pretty decent. Breakfast options are a little better than average, the rooms were very clean however the tv on max was as loud as a whisper, the beds can be a bit rough for longer than 5 hours, the indoor pool was a nice touch it just probably needed to be cleaned a bit better. Service quality was great. For a small town its pretty good
