Excellent Stay!

We had a great weekend at the River Valley Retreat in Franklin! The house was immaculate and well stocked, to include kayaks and bikes we could use. Amazing water pressure and great shower. The beds were very comfortable and the AC units kept the house comfortable, even on the 90 degree days. Lots of local places to eat in or have meals delivered. View of the river from the front porch with plenty of seating. We had everything we needed for a fun weekend away! Check in and check out were easy. Highly recommend!

We found everything was fine for our needs.we didn't spend a lot of time there as we were competing in an archery tournament our time at the house was primarily for sleeping. We were gone from early morniings till late evening we eat out but had a good kitchen if we choose to we would stay again

This is becoming an annual thing…

My husband and I returned for the 3rd year in a row. We brought along my BiL & wife (this is their 2nd year in a row), and a couple of friends. Everyone agreed the house was great and location was perfect for a trip down the river. House always has everything we need to cook and stay comfortably. OARS made the kayak/SUP trip super simple and we had a great stay.

Relaxed, Fun Vibe, Clean, Great tech

We were in town for a wedding. Had some down time and enjoyed being the space when we did not have wedding activities. I would stay again if I was in town and I would suggest others consider. Ryan was very nice.

Nice home on the Allegheny River

Franklin home has easy access to area attractions and is quite comfortable. The tech upgrades kept us entertained and connected.

Guess who’s back, back again

Returned for a second stay and brought BIL & SIL. House was super-clean and had everything we needed (loved the extra fluffy towels). Ryan was very helpful and responsive to our communication. We enjoyed a beautiful day floating down the river and a nice evening in Franklin. Plan to return!

Cozy Home

We were looking for a house that was close to family in Oil City, PA. Ryan met us in front of the house and gave us a tour of the house. Friendly and professional. The house was extremely clean, comfortable and cozy. We used the entire house including the washer & dryer. We would definitely go back, hopefully next summer.

Paradise

This property was absolutely amazing and we loved everything about it including Ryan, the host. We were made to feel welcome immediately upon arrival. The house was everything and more that was advertised. Ryan was extremely accommodating prior to, during and even following our stay. We did not want to leave and hope that we are able to return at some point to further enjoy this paradise!!!!

Perfect for paddlers and peddlers

This property met all of our needs and then some. Perfect location, close to town and the Allegheny River is right out your front door. Ryan is a great host. He is very responsive and keeps an extremely clean home. We enjoyed the bikes and the kayaks. We highly recommend this property to anyone that is visiting Franklin, PA.

A Peaceful Christmas

My boyfriend and I had a peaceful and relaxing stay at this Franklin home. The house was so clean and tidy. Also the house was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Lastly, our host Ryan was so kind and considerate.

Beautiful and clean property

We have stayed in many VRBOs and vacation rental properties and this property was, by far, the best! Extremely clean, updated, stylish and comfortable home. The pictures don't do this place justice. We would definitely return and recommend this property to others.
