Wonderfully furnished and comfortable home! Unique touches like the hot tub and the video gaming system made it special. The owner communicated well with us, and his videos explained well how to use some of the unique and unusual items in the house.Highly recommend this home!

Road trip stop to visit family.

The location was great, my sister lives in Mansfield and this neighborhood is less than 10 mins away which made it easy to navigate to and from. We are doing a 2 week road trip and had been sharing a hotel room until our stay in Texas which was going to be 3 nights. We decided a house rental gives us each more space to spread out.Pros: It was great to have two bathrooms (rain shower in the master was great)Large TV to watch at night (seperate TVs in bedrooms also)Hot tub was a nice touchLaundry worked well (just keep an eye on the dryer it doesn't automatically stop)Soaps and shampoos provided including laundry soap Essentials to make a meal pans/silverware plates etc.The hosts were very good at communicating when we had questions and their directions were clear. Our son liked the game barrel. Cons: My only real complaint would be the "bonus space" where the two twin beds are. It is actually a part of the living room so if you have kids you may want them to sleep in the guest room if you plan on staying up past bedtime. We stored all our luggage in the guest or master so the two suitcases weren't in the way.

Great for family and the location was perfect

Stayed with my son and daughter in law. Home layout was great for family. Nice grill and a cute patio. Kitchen had all the necessary appliances and a convenient washer /dryer area. We all had fun playing cards and the arcade games. Smart TV with full streaming and a QR code for, "How To", if needed. Joel was prompt answering any questions and assisting us with any issues. The location was great and centrally located. Check in and check out was easy!

Thanks to Joel, very nice home nice quite neighborhood. The check-in process was seamless. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable as well. Joel supplied some suggestions for several different dining choices. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Perfect Stay - Highly Recommend!!

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this home! The house exceeded our expectations in every way. It was not only beautiful but also so inviting and comfortable. The arcade game console was such a fun touch, providing hours of entertainment. The beds were incredibly comfy, ensuring a restful night's sleep for everyone. We truly felt at home here. Joel, this was our our 4th booking on Appleton in Mansfield. As always it's like being at home away from home. All amenities are great and location is perfect. I highly recommend this place and this host to anyone who wants a great place to stay and a great host who is there for you anytime you have a question.

Great Stay for a Sports Trip!

Cute and Clean

This home was absolutely perfect for mine and my mom's visit to watch my niece graduate from the nearby high school. Comfy beds and super fantastic pillows ensured a restful night's sleep. The Master Bathroom has great lighting for me to do my makeup, and the shower has a nice rain shower and spa sprayer for my showering pleasure. The Kitchen was well stocked, as was the coffee bar - a nice touch to wake us from our slumber. While we didn't use the courtyard or other amenities, this home had exactly what I needed for an enjoyable stay. I will definitely stay here again should my travels bring me to the area!

Wonderful stay

Could not have been more satisfied. One of the cleanest houses I have rented. Check in was super easy and Hoel was a great host. Loved the explanation videos around the house accessed easily by QR code. The arcade was crazy fun! Highly recommend if you are in the greater Dallas area. Thanks again for the wonderful stay.
