I didn't like the customer service they're rude and disrespectful, it was no breakfast but says they have it any time I would go all of a sudden they just stop serving an hr ago, the rooms were dirty with bugs almost everywhere, the shower faucet was leaking the whole time no clean towels, red liquid stains on the beds box spring door bar was loose and could tell someone broke in they just used screws to try to cover it up I would never recommend this place now I don't think I would go to any days inn locations in the future

Upon arrival I knew I wasn’t staying there. It’s old, however the gentleman behind the counter told me the rooms have been renovated. I felt unsafe and asked for a cancellation, but it was not granted. I left and went to another hotel.

Awful!

Would not recommend anyone to stay here. Roaches the size of humans! Refused to give us extra towels, after they left us TWO, When we had a family of 4. Also, the breakfast wasn’t even breakfast, unless you include stale cereal and juice with chunks of mold. shelf in bathroom shower was hanging off the wall. Do better as business owners!

Dirty and no privacy!

Well first of all, they immediately had to switch our room. And when the guy brought us new keys, he tried to barge in while my daughter was literally naked but we had the privacy thing engage so he couldn’t open the door all the way. He tried to barge in again the next day to ask if we wanted to stay another night!! Where’s the privacy?! Also, my kids and swam in the pool and they tracked water thru the room, wiped it up with towels and the floors were DISGUSTING! My kids feet got gross within 10 mins of being barefoot! AND TO TOP IT OFF, there was a joint on the top of the bathroom door frame even tho it was supposed to be non smoking! I have pictures of this and I’m not happy and not coming back. Only good thing about this place was the pool. Highly upset.
