Staff was very helpful. Guests were loud and apparently had no home training on staying in a hotel. Pool was closed.... repairs, summer...

Not hot water or Heat in our room. Common areas smelled like pet Urine/Feces. Very Unclean

The property appeared to be recently updated but the shower curtain rod was installed so high that unless you wet the curtain before entering the shower the one inch overlap between tub and shower curtain often left water on the floor outside the tub. There were only two small hooks on the bathroom door upon which to hang a towel and there were NO hand towels.

I loved the staff. Stephanie was the besy in housekeeping. The hotel was clean and room was nice size.

I did not like this property because the room had probably been damaged in the past. It looked as if there was flood damage in the ceiling from the room above. There was drywall with clear markings from leaking water. Black mold was above the shower. The floor in the bedroom had be pulled up and nailed back down. Every lamp shade was on crooked, some lights worked, some did not. TV in living room did not work.

I had reserved a jettub room the large room and they said they upgrated me and the juttub was a one person. ..i was disapointed. Very . our anniversery was ruined. But staff was very kind.

La Quinta is a reliable low-cost hotel and I stay there whenever I’m in Mansfield. My room was spacious and reasonably well-furnished, but I would have liked having a full-length mirror rather than just the bathroom mirror for getting dressed. Housekeeping staff apparently did not read the “please service my room” sign I left on my door. I’m guessing they assumed it was a “do not disturb” sign which is what is printed on the other side. The “do not disturb” and “please service my room” signs should be clearly different and not feature big useless gimmicky messages that are potentially confusing to housekeeping staff. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming. One of the boiled eggs I tried seemed spoiled, bananas were often bruised and brown. Oatmeal was sometimes absent. The front desk team were as usual very kind and helpful, no complaints there at all. My concerns were minor and I will probably stay there again next time I am in town.

I booked a deluxe king room. When I got there they put me in a regular Queen room with no explanation. When I went back down and asked they told me that they couldn't get a deluxe room because deluxe rooms didn't cost that much. I showed them the confirmation for my reservation and I showed them the email showing the room I booked. They said that the reservation I had clearly booked was wrong and that I had to settle for a regular Queen room. Then I found the room had ants in it, luckily the lady at the front switched me to another room (just another queen, not the one I booked) however later that night the keys for the new room just stopped working. When I went to get working keys at the front there was another lady who was there and she questioned me as to why I had switched rooms and asked a bunch of questions. Not upset at her though, she was only doing her job. Just didn't like the fact that I had to be interrogated to get into my room. Honestly not much good to say about the experience other than the fact that I was able to get moved out of the room I didn't want or book that had ants to get into another room I didn't want or book that didn't have ants. I figured at some point I'd get a discount, my money back, or maybe even the room I had actually booked. By the time I got there and realized how bad of an experience it was, it was too late to book another hotel that I wanted.

looked recently updated, with modern, clean decor. the room, linens were clean, though the bed could be softer and pillows fuller. the lobby was neat, spacious and inviting. there was no cleaning service on thanksgiving day, which is perfectly understandable. the internet/wifi was very slow though, and often spotty. overall, our stay was fine.

The hotel has change the interior. looks nice and fresh Had to ask for towels once One day the room was not cleaned till 4pm and then only one bed was made. Swimming pool was to cold to use.

Guy at the front desk was very friendly and gave us a complimentary upgrade.

To die forI really love the stable people of the state my kids love to my wife said it was cool server breakfast two people love you baby enjoy the cool everytime you come down to your place it comes to the place to be able to start of a story cool

The hotel was really nice and clean.the staff was very friendly and helpful. I went to the cowboys game and it was a little far from the stadium but other than that it was a great experience.

The hotel appearance was great..almost seemed like new construction! We get to our room and the mirror was cracked (not that I cared). The one thing that ruined this was the room A/C. It stunk! We had it set for 66 for 9 hours and it never got there. Texans may of been use to the weather but I need a little cold!
