The Emerald Crab was amazing. Clean, Comfortable, well stocked (although we could have used a few more bath towels with 7 of us) The view of the beach was perfect and the waterscape resort pool activities were amazing for our 6 and 8 year olds.

Our experience at The Emerald Crab was perfect. We loved the beautiful view of the ocean, the cleanliness, the well stocked kitchen & comfortable bedrooms. We had easy access to the pool & beach. We were blessed with great weather during our stay & we even got to see the dolphins. Our condo came with two umbrellas & 4 chairs, making it pleasant to spend the day at the beach. I highly recommend this condo. Aaron from EastPass Rental made everything easy.

Very nice place. We have stayed in many places but this was definitely one of the best! It was very convenient to the main areas. We had a very beautiful view of the beach and it was just a short walk. We will certainly return.

We loved our stay. This condo is set up for the guest's comfort. All the bed are comfortable; the view from the balcony is magnificent; and the kitchen has everything that you need to prepare a meal. Just a wonderful place to vacation.

A true gem!

We’ve stayed at Waterscape many times, but never in such an amazing unit. It was so relaxing and inviting. The in-room amenities were thoughtful and made us feel very at home during our stay.

I would 100% stay again!

He had the best stay - the a/c was having issues but we went in Feb when it was nice and cool and no need for A/C for the most part! The manager said it was being fixed right after our stay! The views, everything are incredible

Paradise found here

This vacation rental was even better than pictured. The view was insane, like pretty much ocean front. The rental had plenty of room for everyone, and was very well appointed. We had everything we needed to cook a home cooked meal or just order in for the evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation here for the week.

This condo at the end of building A gives it's guests breathtaking views! You feel as if you are on the beach when you are on the patio. The Destin side of Waterscape, Building A is the quietest area in the Waterscape complex. We immensely enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again.

Perfect Family Vacation!

What a great property! The condo was perfect for the ten of us! Michelle gave me great information prior to our trip, codes for parking and door, and left sweet surprises for our family! The view was wonderful! Fireworks on Wednesday from the balcony were so enjoyable! We will certainly be back!

Great family vacation!!

This place is amazing! Everything was better than I hoped for. Very well maintained, everything we could have need for a comfortable week and more. Perfectly clean and comfortable for all age ranges. The manager was so kind and provided a highchair for the week. Communication was easy and helpful!! Can't wait to return!

Fall get away

Wow! Just wow! We fell in love with this condo and the experience that my family had. Can definitely say it way truly enjoyable. The view is BEAUTIFUL. The condo was clean and spacious. Love the white sandy beaches and view of the Pier. Shopping and restaurants are close. Definitely recommend 10 out of 10!

Beautiful View and Spacious

This was our first time in this unit. Michelle was great to work with and the unit was beautiful! Better in person! The kitchen had everything you needed and there was enough room for 2 families to spend a week together. The view was perfect, we will be back!!

Wonderful view!

A301 was very spacious and had all the amenities of home. It was wonderful to wake up to the sunset and hear the tides from the ocean. Most importantly, we felt safe. Michelle called while we were on the way to make us aware of a problem with the AC unit, but it was fixed by the time we got there. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

Gorgeous view, great location, great space

Great location, easy access. Short drive from the airport. Beautiful ocean front view of a beautiful beach. Great outdoor pool area (no indoor pool). Master bedroom and bath are phenomenal. Kitchen was well stocked. Condo is a good little walk from the parking garage, but there were carts for use. Coffee, candy, a water bottle, and some sunscreen were provided which was nice and appreciated. Beach towels and trash bags NOT provided. And note that 4 beach chairs are included, but they are first come, first serve so getting to the beach early to reserve your spots is necessary. There was a tropical storm on the day of our beach wedding and the Waterscape Resort staff were amazing with helping us come up with a Plan B on very short notice. They were so sweet and hospitable. Overall a great stay and we hope to return!

Perfect for Families!

This place was perfection! It was evident upon entering that this condo is listed with 100% accuracy. The kitchen was laid out wonderfully and stocked with anything you may need. The bathrooms were enormous, the king master bathroom could be a bedroom it was so big. The bedrooms were so comfortable and had breathtaking views! The entire condo was decorated beautifully and very clean. Matter of fact there is nothing I could even begin to complain about. The kids loved the sand toys and bunk beds as well as the outdoor pools and hot tubs! There were little things everywhere to make you feel at home including k cups, a bowl of candy, condiments, beach chairs, cooler, and frequently forgot items! Michelle was quick to get back to us during booking and to answer any questions making everything from booking to check out so easy. We can't wait to come back! Thank you Michelle for making our little Boy's Adoption trip so special, we are so grateful! -Sarah, Michael, and Hudson Hilgefort

FANTASTIC VACATION!!

Just got back from spending a week in this unit. It was georgeous!! Both my husband and I thought it nicer than many of the 5 star hotels that we've stayed in. The 18x18 tile throughout the main area was light and bright - the whole unit just seemed to go so well with the beach. The unit was very clean and had all the cooking utensils/kitchenware needed for our stay. We even took advantage of the washer/dryer combo as we had 6 kids ranging in age from 15-20 with us. My husband and I spent all of our time at the beach - the chairs and umbrellas at no charge were a plus. The sand couldn't have been any whiter and was so fine in texture. Everyone in our beach area was so friendly - had a great time! The kids were also at the beach most of the time, but did enjoy the pool area - they really liked the Lazy River. We did take advantage of the grills 2 nights and went to the Crab Trap, Fudpuckers and Hog's Breath for dinner. They were all very good. We will definitely come back next year and will recommend it to all our friends.
