Spacious one bedroom unit on the fourth floor of building four with outstanding views of the emerald green water. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to enjoy a great meal on your balcony while you watch the dolphins playing in the water against a gorgeous sunset. The living room has direct access to the large balcony and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room that will accommodate 2 people. The bedroom has a king size bed and ceiling to floor windows that offer a great view of the Gulf of Mexico.

El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.

Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker.

Very nice place

I would choose to stay here again. The Property and grounds are excellent, the unit is spacious and very clean with an outstanding view. Proximity to the elevator and laundry is a plus. Pool and beach access are excellent. The actual beach is absolutely pristine. Only issue which was not a game changer—as I had to go to the grocery anyway, was the very limited amount of toilet paper (one roll) and zero paper towels in the unit. I realize this is a growing trend in these rentals, but it can be inconvenient for the guests. In the rental information they provide, it is noted that there is a starter supply, but no real mention of paper towels. Other than that the unit had everything I needed.

This was a great place! The location was perfect if you are looking for a more out of the way for some peace and quiet. It’s at the end of the Bach and it was perfect but still just a few minutes drive to anything you may need.

Property was ready on time and very well stocked..without the usual spices due to covid era!..need more towels than just 2, since the humidity means more showers. suggest some warning how the beach umbrella monopoly works, since unless you stake your spot before 6 am, the beach chair guys hogs the ocean front!1

Loved location!

This was great location with a wonderful view! Veryy easy access to the beach, just a few minute walk and your feet are in the sand. The complex had a very laid-back atmosphere perfect for families. The condo & pool were very clean but I would not count on using the pull out couch as a bed it could possibly work for a child but not comfortable enough for an adult to sleep on so keep that in mind. Overall we had a great stay and I highly recommend eating at Stewbys while visiting FWB.

We LOVED our stay! The condo was clean and welcoming. Florida was giving us rainy days and we wanted to stay one extra day so we could enjoy the beach when the sun was out. The owner was gracious to let us extend!! The location of the unit was wonderful and the gulf views were phenomenal!
