I live 80 miles away and occasionally stay the night in Alpine. Thought this hotel might become my regular spot, until housekeeping stole my brand new $50 phone charger. I called the same day of check out and ofcourse they "couldn't find it".

Very disappointed with desk staff. Reserved a room with 2 beds. They gave us a king with no apology or other option. It did have a pull out sofa with a very poor mattress. Foot what we paid for the room it was not acceptable. An apology or a discount would have given this hotel a better rating. They just didn’t care.
