Rooms were clean. Staff was attentive and friendly. The pool was refreshing. We were disappointed the hot tub and ice machine were not working, and the place is older and a little run down. But for a budget stay and quiet place, it was great.

The property is very old, dark and dingy. The room smells mildew and I think I got bit up by bed bugs.

Our room needed some repairs. In the bathroom, the ceiling fan/light did not have a cover, the flooring in the bathroom was buckled, the sink didn’t have a drain plug.

The atrium is pretty cool. There unique, indoor pool and greenhouse vibe is something I’ve never seen before. It was pretty nice to just study and relax in there. however, their facilities were not well-maintained. Both saunas seemed to be broken. The gym lacked a lot of the equipment I saw on previous pictures with guests leaving shoes, towels, trash everywhere, and maintenance did not clean up after them. The Jacuzzi was broken. I’ve never felt a more firm Mattress in my life 😂 but for the price and obviously the lack of tourist attraction in Fort Stockton it did the job
