Ground floor apartment with a marina view on North Hutchinson Island. Enjoy easy access to two heated pools, hot tub, tennis courts, and one of the most beautiful and secluded beaches in Florida. Ocean Harbour North is a friendly community along a quiet stretch of A1A between Vero Beach and Fort Pierce with many community/social activities during the season. Rental subject to condo board approval. Sorry no pets and no smoking. There are some vehicle restrictions as well, please ask if you have something other than a car or SUV (truck beds must be covered).

Home away from home

We were greeted upon arrival by the owners who gave us a tour of the condo and surrounding property. The pictures are what you will see but it was the small details that made our three month stay feel like we were at home. From a welcome book and champagne in the fridge we were delighted. Kitchen has all the dishes, pots and pans you need. Cleaning supplies were ample as were the linens. The sunset view from the screened porch, manatees and dolphins while swimming in the heated pool or relaxing in the hot tub literally steps from the door were amazing. Highly recommend this property.

Winter delight

We had a wonderful time at this Hutchinson Island condo. It was a perfect location for us between Fort Pierce and Vero Beach. The condo was very comfortable and furnished with all the things we needed for a three month stay. The owners were good to work with and thought of every detail to create a great Florida beach retreat.

Great place

The condo is fantastic. Well equipped for all we needed. The Peery’s have been wonderful to work with and have enjoyed meeting the neighbors. The location is great with manatees out back on the river and the ocean across the street. We have truly enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic condo, location and amenities

Wonderful owners who left perfect instructions on all that is available at condo complex and in the surrounding area. Condo is extremely well equipped, modern, clean, and new. Walk out to pool and marina, a short one-block walk to the beach. Park in front of the unit. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic

This condo was spotless and tastefully decorated. It has everything one would need. We absolutely loved our stay for 3 plus months. Main floor condo is super convenient for hauling in groceries. A few steps outside the patio door and the pool and hot tub are right there. The ocean is just across the street! Jason and Jennifer were there to greet us and answered any questions which we appreciated. We will return. By the way the King bed was very comfortable a plus for us 2 with bad backs
