vERY RUDE, i TRAVELED 3 HOURS AND WAS REFUSED A ROOM
It was very unusual for the property to require a cash deposit of $20 for the night (for the key card??). I have never seen this at any hotel I have stayed at over the last 40 years.
Liked that it was updated and pleasant room to enter.

Booked a smoking by accident and they switched it with no problem. Place was clean. They could use bigger towels butt it's owned by. Patel
The day check in clerk was helpful. The room was never cleaned, the trash was never emptied, the sheets and towels were never changed. At one point there was a large (6-8) group of teenagers lurking about in the evening who were obviously not guests. After a couple nights, the key card no longer opened the door. I had to ring for the night clerk who was less than friendly as if I was disturbing her. They provided Free HBO but no information on how to find the channels and the pre-set channel on the TV was hundreds of channels away from the viewable channel selections.
Room is nice but Found 2 roaches upon entrance. Staff was friendly room looked clean besides roaches
The room was nice. Check in was easy. Place was clean. Staff was friendly. It would had been nice if there was breakfast. But overall great for the price.

The Hotel was an average stay, I wouldn't recommend it, Will not stay there again. Was woken up so that the parking areas could be repaved. The Sheets, Blankets and Towels need to be upgraded, they seemed very old. Please review all of the pictures of the rooms before booking. The picture with the updated room is very misleading.
no tv for the first one and a half days of our 3 day 2 night stay. the ceiling combo lite exhaust fan was non operable and leak water ,the metal towel holder over the toilet was broken leaving a jaggard edge. the face bowl sink was soil with a mucus spot on the wall. spread had what look to be cigarette t burns

Quick check in. Friendly staff. Great location. Food locations are near by and it offers a great choice of clean rooms. Very responsive to request make to the front desk.
I was a little disappointed on this stay due to the fact I could not get one of my regular rooms in which I had stayed on several of my Trips to this hotel. The room I got had a much smaller TV and the TV required the use of two (2) Remotes to operate it. They say it's the little things that count and that really stood out for me on this visit. However I would like to point out, that during my many stays at this hotel I had never experience any of this. I trust that my comments are taken in the Spirit in which they are intended. Upon my arrival I was greeted warmly by the attendant on duty. I was checked in quickly due to my prepaying online, My room was clean and inviting as it was after 9 pm. Would have liked to have list of TV channels but none was available as I wanted to watch the NBA game.
Had difficulties with the Internet upon my arrival for about 2 hours, however was resolved. The room was comfortable and clean. Most importantly it was quiet and afforded me the ability to do work on my.
