They had a bathtub in a room that was supposed to be wheelchair accessible. When we walked out of the elevator, we were greeted by the strong odor of marijuana, there were people fighting in the parking lot at 12:30 at night and people banging on the next door and yelling at each other. These were Seniors that were staying there. I switched hotels the next morning.

Elevadores Rotos. Cuando pregunte que gacia por que necesito ayuda no puedo subir escaleras la empleada del front desk me contesto.”Las escaleras estan ahi” le dije son 4 pisos!? Y subio los hombros diciendo. No es mi problema. Soy una persona mauor con problemas de Firbomialgia. No puedo subir escaleras. Cuando hice la reservacion no decia en ningun lugar tenian fuera de servicio los elevadores.

Never again - would love my money back

I stayed here for one night and had a very disappointing experience. The man working at the front desk at night was extremely rude. When we checked in, we were told that since the elevators were down, someone would be available to take us up and down. However, when we returned around 9pm with our bags, no one was there to help, and we were told to carry our luggage up three flights of stairs. On top of that, our room was placed right next to the stairwell, and the door slammed loudly all night and early morning, making it impossible to rest. To make matters worse, there’s a bar downstairs that played extremely loud music late into the night, attracting a rowdy, unpleasant crowd. The atmosphere felt unsafe and unclean. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve experienced. I would not recommend this property to anyone.
