One Master suite and 2 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a very large patio and pool deck area to enjoy the Florida outdoor lifestyle at the fullest. The pool is heatable (solar) and you will also find a lounge area.
The open great room combines a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and granite countertops, dining area and living room with large flatscreen TV. Enjoy cozy hours on the comfortably large leather sofas. The house offers easy to maintain ceramic tiles, complimentary Wi-Fi and central air-conditioning.
The lounge area has sliding doors to the patio and pool deck area. Enjoy the Florida lifestyle in this very private vacation home with many pleasant indoor and outdoor meeting places for activities and retreats.
