Hotel is nice, happy hour with 3 free drinks per adult is a plus! They let us check in early with no charge. What we disliked was that there was a family of maybe 8 people on the pool and they were playing their own music at a very loud volume disregarding that other guests were there too. I think the staff should not allow this type of behavior.

Great place to stay — breakfast, dinner, kickback hour were all enjoyable. Very close and walking distances to stores nearby, next to RSW airport. The only downfall is the outdated rooms, didn’t feel too upscale or cleaned. The bathroom lacked air vent, lighting, and shower pressure was minimal. Would consider staying again sometime in the future.

“Wow” Customer Service

It takes a lot to “wow” me with customer service, but Emily at check-in was amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and I had a great stay. The room was clean and neat, may be time for some updating but overall very nice. I will definitely be staying again with future trips.

Very good, first time at a Drury Inn

Great location, walk to restaurants, stores, etc. Near highway. This hotel was exceptionally quiet even though it is right off Hwy 75. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom well appointed. The room interiors were dated. We didnt' like the options on the breakfast buffet nor the evening offer. However, that isn't why we stayed here. I saw many did enjoy that. We would return here or to another location.

I ended up at this hotel after missing an evening flight due to family injury. The shuttle person, front desk, and food/bar servers were all exceptionally nice. Their dinner buffet was perfect for our needs. Thank you to everyone.
