Guest shower was inoperable. Cleaning crew had to have known as there would be no way to clean the bathtub/shower. So we were left to 3 adults sharing one bathroom. 2 live wires hanging beneath the cabinet. Chairs that were shown in a ‘sitting area’ in master bedroom were removed to leave a gaping space that left the area looking like a cave. No lamp in upstairs loft which makes it dangerous when one gets up in the night. No TV in either loft or 2nd bedroom. I called and texted - no response until the 2nd day when they said they’d send someone while we were not there which isn’t ok. Several attempts to connect with sun properties went unanswered. Honestly, we’ve had several amazing experiences at other properties. Despite the favorable location - and the fact that the pool is shared with other tenants, we would not stay here again not use sun properties. Very disappointed.
