Esta casa de nueva construcción de 2017 tiene 5 dormitorios y 5 baños y tiene una hermosa vista del Golfo de México. El acceso a la playa está a unos 4-5 minutos a pie y está a unos 250 pasos de la arena. 4 de las habitaciones son Master Suites con camas King, 1 cama Queen, televisores de pantalla plana en cada habitación, sofá cama Queen en la sala de estar y 1 colchón de aire con dos camas individuales. La piscina y el spa de agua salada se calientan y pueden controlarse con su teléfono inteligente o con un iPad ubicado en el nivel inferior. Su elevador personal puede llevarlo a usted, su equipaje o sus compras a cualquiera de las habitaciones o a la cocina / sala de estar en el piso superior. The host was very welcoming! She answered all of our questions promptly and we even got a welcome gift to get started on groceries! The house is absolutely beautiful! The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfy and the pool and hot tub area were perfect.

The pictures do not do the house justice. It is so beautifully decorated, very clean, has everything you could need in the kitchen, including spices and condiments. You have a great view of the ocean across the street and we hardly left the place because it was wonderful. Would recommend for family or just a needed getaway.

From the booking to arrival Jackie (property owner) was amazing. She answered questions promptly and provided good intel to assist in organizing our family vacation. This house is just as the pictures show, pool, hot tub, outdoor tv, gourmet kitchen, and supplies. Everything is here for your beach stay, chairs, wagon, umbrella, beach towels, etc. I cannot say enough about this property and how beautiful it is. Well worth the trip!!! We will be back.

Awesome house and experience

Our family had a great time on Estero Island - the house is beautiful, everything was in excellent condition, and the amenities were great. We appreciated the variety of small appliances available in the kitchen. The pool and projector were a great experience - there are a variety of pool toys and games. The house is also stocked with plenty of beach towels, chairs, wagons, umbrellas and toys. The view is fantastic and the beach is just a few steps away. Communication with our hosts was excellent - we appreciated the welcome card they left and all the information they provided. We will definitely look to visit again in the future!

Family vacation

Our family vacation at the property was amazing! House was in perfect condition and as advertised! Pool and location to the ocean was perfect. We had the beach to ourselves! Nothing like watching NBA playoffs floating in the pool! Highly recommend this house for your next family vacation!

Had a wonderful time staying at the house! So spacious and has everything you could possibly need. Great beach access across the street. The pool with big screen outside made for a great nightly hangout!! Would 100% recommend!!!

Absolutely wonderful

We highly recommend this property! Kitchens stocked with everything you need. Bedrooms are large and beds are so comfy! Pool and hot tub area is amazing! The beach is right across the street! Everything you want and need, plus lots of extras in this house!! Thank you for a fantastic vacation!

Close to Ocean

Great property with everything you need for a great stay. It’s right across the street from the ocean. Lots of extras like beach chairs, rafts, playpens, bouncy seat etc. The owner is very responsive and friendly. The only down fall is most of the restaurants are down Estero and it sometimes takes an hour to go a mile due to traffic.

This house and the hosts are beyond fantastic. The house is perfectly set up with each bedroom having its own bathroom. Amenities galore, so clean and wonderful information and communication at the house!! Also beach access super easy and they have such an inventory made it so simple and easy to last minute enjoy the beach! It is also central to so many places getting around is easy! Nothing but praise and appreciation for the owners. Highly, highly recommend booking here!!

Amazing home, perfect location

Lil piece of Paradice

The house was beautiful! Right on the trolley route to ride down to Ft Myers Beach! Loved sitting on the lanai watching the waves roll in, or take the 2 minute walk to hang out at the beach! The owners were awesome! There was minor issues from hurricane Helene and they were right on the spot getting things cleaned up so the house was totally ready for our stay the next day! The J's were awesome!

Ft. Myers vacation

We wanted a relaxing vacation on the gulf side of FL. The location and house were fantastic, well equipped and the signage was great for remotes, lights, pool etc. The pool was just what we needed. We would definitely stay here again.
