Room was clean but the staff was terrible. Between 8-10:30am the cleaning ladies yelled back and forth throughout the hallways non stop. After a red eye flight it was pretty upsetting. The doors to the hotel rooms have no rubber/noise gaurd ag the bottom so you can hear everything going on outside your room. On top of that there was some type of alarm beeping every min. Like a fire alarm that’s battery was dying. This went on for the entire 2 days I stayed there all night long. The air conditioner in my room would not turn on, and the room phone would not call the front desk to let them know. Water pressure was non existent however the water did get very hot. My view was of a dirty rooftop from the 3rd floor. No river. I was not told anything about a breakfast service upon check in, and did not even know it was offered until an email I received From hotels.com after I left. Coffee maker leaked a ton of coffee grounds into the cup ruining the $7 bottle of water in the room lol and lastly the phone charger next to my side of the bed didn’t work. Which I didn’t realize until the next morning on my way to work. All in all I think it’s pretty obvious I wouldn't Book this hotel again. Sad id head so many nice things about it.

We were placed in room 1202 w/ a rap around balcony, huge bathroom, 2 queen beds in separate room & living room w/ another tv. They let us stow are luggage & hang out at the nice pool for a late flight at check out. Ate at the hotel restaurant twice as the food & drinks were good & not overpriced.

Room was very small and old. It was mentioned as remodeled, maybe some of the furnishings were new, but the bathroom definitely needed to be refurbished, from floors, shower, toilet seat, and seat leaked. Room could have been cleaner. The restaurants at the hotel were very good.
