The photos must be from two decades ago. i stayed there last night. The room was disgusting as in I didn’t want to actually touch anything, as is the entire property. Just dirty and decrepit. The bed and towels however were surprisingly good, No Kleenex either. I would NEVER stay here or with this chain again. Utterly abysmal.

I usually don’t give reviews but this was ridiculous for the price. I have traveled all around the US and most hotels I’ve been to, many in lower economic areas, offer more amenities and more polite, courteous and welcoming staff. Airport shuttle was smooth. Staff wouldn’t even look at me. Check in was awkward. Person was on the phone so I just waited, she hung up the phone and stood there looking at me, not a word. Finally, after the awkward silence, she says rather sarcastically I’m ready for you. No coffee maker in rooms or snacks in lobby. One restaurant, sports bar, within walking distance and a little place with very expensive breakfast foods set up in a hotel room.

We stayed here one night prior to going on a cruise. We were picked up at the airport without difficulty. The following day they had a complementary shuttle to the cruise ships. The room was clean and quite satisfactory for our stay. Check in could’ve been a little faster, but I would rate it as about average compared to other hotels.

They said it was a non smoking hotel. I go in there and a group of men and women were sitting near the hotels shop puffing away stinking up the place. Shop guys told them to stop. They didn’t. I complained to front desk. And their hotel shuttle was FULL. Had to get uber. Hotel shuttle appears to be full because they have a lot of cruise ship passengers that are there and the shuttle is for the cruise ship passengers it appears for the most part. The room floor had not been mopped in a long time because I stepped on it with their feet and it was filthy. Pretty expensive for a substandard service.
