Nice Property for Large Groups

This property is very suitable for large groups/families. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the beds are fairly comfortable. Overall I thought this was a great place.

Family friendly but have to be alert because almost every room has steps. The bathrooms are remodeled but need towel holder in most of them and soap holder. The kitchen is in good condition. Big dining table. In general, the house has enough space and beautiful neighborhood.

Top Notch

The house was as described. There was lots of room for the kids to play, they especially liked all the games and the heated pool. Would recommend staying here.

Team Meetings

This was a great house for finally gathering our small team from across the nation. The bedrooms/bathrooms and amenities were perfect. And we even used the large dining room table as our conference room table. It was the first time our entire team was all in the same location in over a year. Thank You!

Family birthday gathering

House was a great size for the 14 of us, but run down. Cabinets in kitchen were warped and falling apart, uncomfortable pool furniture and beds. One king size bed was missing it’s box spring and sat only a few inches off the ground. And caution tape all over the floors going into each room as there was about an 8 inch step up going into the bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen. Lots of us tripped many times. But worst of all was the things they demanded after I had paid in full 2 months prior to our arrival. They demanded a form to be filled out saying they could keep my credit card on file indefinitely, a selfie , a copy of my driver’s license and a copy of my credit card with all but the last numbers blocked off. I called VRBO customer service about this and they said I did not have to send any of this but they could cancel us. I have never been asked to do this and it seems really sketchy but not many options for a group of 14 during school vacation week. They did respond quickly when we ran out of supplies and let us check in 2 hours early, but overall the whole security thing and condition of the house bummed me out.
