Room was dirty and in disrepair. Door handles broken, furniture was in horrible shape. I wish I could post pics here. Found broken glass on the ground. Found old food on the ground.Also smelled like cigs. Smoke alarm taken off the wall (I will be telling the city). Partner was itching after being bitten by some kind of insect all night. Expedia would not give me a refund.

The room is dirty walk across the floor 1 time and your feet are dirty. Roaches killed like 5 of them. Very shady things happening there leave it their. Next, and most important there is a electrical metal out let at shin height on the patio at the pool. I did see it at the pool area and cut my shin requiring 8 staples. Being a diabetic if infection takes place I loose my leg. The staff amd management did even say sorry! Well the last laugh will be mine the electrical box is out code making this accident gross negligence and the law firm across the street will be suing this establishment and I'm not to forget I will make a code enforcement complaint on on Tuesday.

This hotel is in terrible condition. Broken cupboards and bed. No hot water. Not even shampoo was provided. Safety Issue: in the miss of the night two people came into the room. I yelled at them they left saying Sorry. One of them is the front desk person and was explaining me that they came in by mistake thinking that the room was not allocated. Scary situation .

The main light for the bedroom didn’t work. We had to use the bathroom light and the kitchen you wanna go outside light. There are no tables to sit around and eat. The kitchen. Cabinets are falling apart. We did not get clean sheets or they did not make the bed for us and we only got one set of towels no shampoo no body wash Just two little bars of soap the floor tiles were misshapen and a mess hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Definitely definitely not a family hotel.
