Older building. Not restored but fresh paint and Ikea type of furniture. Building itself is clean and also freshly painted. Only negative, same price as other buildings in this location, but price should reflect age of building. Pool area small and guests vie for chairs. There is ocean view (on the side) but main view is the top of parking garage.
