The hotel was tired, it’s an older hotel and it’s showing its age. The carpet and sofa bed in my room were stained. The breakfast was extremely disappointing, there were very few selections, no bacon, sausage, fruit or muffin and the egg was cold and rubbery.

We arrived earlier than expected time. However, front counter staff was not very helpful. There should have been better communication given to the customer. Instead, we were forced wait over three hours even though the room was ready to be moved in. The staff purposely made us wait until the time to check in.

The hotel is a bit dated. Breakfast was toast, bagels, eggs and waffles, verrry limited. The location was very convenient, close to Sawgrass Mills mall. The room was dated but clean . Room should have usb or usb c charging stations.
