The breakfast attendant Donna was pleasant and always kind and understanding. The housekeeping supervisor Brenda was attentive and extrenely helpful. She explained about room service and provided me with clean towels. I would recomend both ladies in this hotels as well as the front staff. Kudos to Hollywood Beach Hotels

I rented 2 rooms first they couldn’t be one next to the other. I tried to switch it and no luck they ended up putting me upstairs and my mother in law’s room downstairs than my mother in law’s room didn’t have the kitchenette it was suppose to have. They had said it was ocean front and it wasn’t but, overall James in the front desk was helpful because we were a pretty big group and he was able to put us all in the same location and we truly made the best of it. The rooms were pretty big and it was clean. The staff was nice and the breakfast was ok it had a variety of different things to pick up and go.

Very good beach front location. Although parking charge is extra but it's right next to the rooms. Breakfast is included but is very basic in terms of selection. Overall I found the staff's were friendly and moderate enough in terms of cleanliness.

To start at the front desk staff was rude. Next was the room . The tub knobs were broken. No hot water. Bathroom floor was full of hair. Bathroom window had a big crack in it. The door bolt didn’t work and the lights were flickering. That did it for me. I couldn’t stay there. After speaking with the front desk she was rude and said to call the manager tomorrow morning. Don’t forget the hidden fees they hit you with when you sign in. Ugh!

The room was nice, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout our stay. The location was excellent, with the beach and boardwalk both within walking distance. There were plenty of restaurants, shops, and activities nearby, making it easy to enjoy the area without needing to drive. We did experience a few inconveniences during our stay. First, there is no elevator to access the second floor, which may be difficult for guests with heavy luggage or mobility concerns. When we arrived in our room, the toilet was not working, so we had to contact the front desk to have it addressed. Another issue was the pool area. Although the posted pool hours are 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., there were people swimming and screaming in the pool around 11:30 p.m. Additionally, during a severe thunderstorm with heavy rain, lightning, and thunder, our air conditioning unit began leaking, allowing water to come into the room. We contacted the front desk and had to use towels to keep the water from spreading. Overall, we enjoyed the convenient location and appreciated the friendly staff, but the maintenance issues and lack of enforcement of the pool hours took away from what could have been a much better experience.
