We were disappointed that there were no USB charge ports in the room. Expected there to be some which would have been very helpful. Other than that the toom suited our needs for 1 night prior to flying. Front counter staff were super.

Front desk lady was rude, when i made reservations i requested two queen side bed and instead i got a kind side they put me in the second floor next to the elevator and the ice machine, that machine was making noise all night i hardly slept the first night. and when i complain they told me they were full and they couldn't change my room.

On our first night there, we checked in our room. As usual, I check for bed bugs, dirty linens etc. The sheets were filthy. I called the front desk and was told to come and get new sheets to change myself. Not acceptable

The only good part of my stay was when I got to leave. The room was dirty. The shower add her in it, which I presume was from previous occupant. There’s mold in the tile and wall. The ice machine was broken. The coffee machine was broken. The shampoo was broken. One of the lightbulbs were broken. The ironing board was full of stains and terrible. The iron itself put marks on my clothing.. The couch was covered in stains. The room smelled. Would not recommend for my dog to even stay here.
