There was nothing "suites" about this. This felt more like a short term housing building than a hotel. Although the room has a mini kitchen, you should be aware that there are NO pots, pans, or utensils in the room. You can buy them there, but they are not provided for use. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and the hallway on the second floor had an odd smell. The good things were that it was quiet at night and there is no carpet in the rooms, which is good because there were dogs everywhere.

My wife and I stayed in an accessible room due to some medical issues she is having. The walk in shower was great but the rest of the room was not good. The bed was low because it didn’t have a box spring. The mattress was so soft and in bad condition. We ended leaving early because we were unable to sleep in that bed.

The room smelled good

It was okay. Not as nice as I would have liked. If felt a little sketchy. The 2nd room we got (the first one had dog pee on the wall) smelled really good the whole time. I was able to switch rooms easily. It didn't have a hair drier, which is strange. The cost of having a pet was great!

The reason I only gave it a 2 star is they have a great dog area...provide bags for the poo and in the morning it was covered with dog poop and I mean covered. They need to put a camera out there and plant grass in that area. The astro turf is hard to keep from smelling of dog urine. My dog wouldn't even use it. Also the bed was horrific..mattress set on a wire frame where you could feel all of that and squeeks. I initialed where there was no smoking and the attendant made a point to mention that included marijuana use and vaping. I walked out of the lobby to turn down the hall where my room was and the smell of marijuana was evident. The clerk handed me the keys didn't tell me where the rooms were but that's ok I figured it out ok. Morning the coffee brewer wasn't working but that's all good. Maverick is right around the corner. Would I book here again and the answer is no unless I get to check the room prior to checking in.

There were a lot of people that hung out and partied out side the hotel every night. I did not feel safe coming back in at night. You had to buy your utensils to use the kitchenette that was included. They did not service our room for the entire stay. It wasn’t great.

Hotel is in a horrible area and their are shady people all around at all hours. The check-in was a joke. Never will stay there again. Pay the extra $20 and stay somewhere else.

The hotel was conveniently located near a major intersection of the freeway. The staff was professional and the facility was clean. I would stay again. The guests loitering near the entrances was not optimal but hey did no give me trouble.

Room had an awful smell! Fried rice along with black hairs found in our daughter’s bed sheets. Dust bunnies everywhere under the bed. Dogs peed in the lobby and owners nor property manager cleaned it up.
