Yes, there was a big remodeling job in the lobby. Did that make there be an overflowing trash can when we checked into our room? A TV/remote that didn't work? The same TV problem in the new room we insisted on? A poor desk clerk all alone, who had to leave her desk to unsuccessfully addressTV problems? A tiny sign saying the main entrance was closed, only visible after we parked? ("We had another sign but the rain washed away the letters, we're waiting to get some materials so wee can make a new sign"). Really! A total management failure in a hotel unworthy of this brand.

Spacious, very modern and clean rooms (were recently renovated). The location is great for those looking for proximity to Rocky Mountain NP.

Awesome hotel very acoomodating and a very friendly staff. We will definitely visit again!

Comfortable and convenient, but a couple of miles off of the freeway. Used the area to get a jump on traffic out of Denver on our way to the Black Hills.

Although the purpose of our trip was not particularly pleasant the hotel gave several family units a chance to meet for breakfast and despatch collectively to a larger family gathering.

Staff was fantastic, check in was very pleasant , he was very helpful to give information on restaurants around town and things to do in Fort Collins. For first time visitors, we needed the help. My next travel, I will stay at Holiday Inn Express.

Paid extra for the jacuzzi tub in our suite but totally worth it. Very relaxing stay. Breakfast was really good as well.

Nice room. Clean with a good location. Friendly staff.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Good access with all you need right in the vicinity.

The hotel was really clean and the staff was friendly. The free hot breakfast was convenient, since I am a college student constantly trying to save money. Having a CSU student at the front desk who was knowledgeable about the campus I was going to visit was also a huge plus. The only negative thing was that the hotel was somewhat far from the campus, but it was quite easy to navigate around Fort Collins.

The Holiday inn express Fort Collins is in an excellent location. Very close to town, grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants. Also being close to 1-25 makes it quick to get out of town, without driving all over the place.

Holiday Inn was okay, not really as special as I thought. As I was checking in another customer fell as he was walking in...the staff didn't do much to help him. I ended up being the one to help him. I was not very happy with that. Also the breakfast bar needs some work. It was clean and the pillows were comfortable, but I had a hard time sleeping.

No complaints from a one night stay here. Very comfy bed. Room was nice and quiet. A little bit of a drive if you doing something downtown but not too bad.

great hotel for the price. My company held a 1 day sales event on site. Room was excellent for our needs. Only concern was lack of round tables- they only provide square.

Over-all, good. Little things that are very minor annoyances: Bathroom door that will not say where it's positioned (wants to swing partly open), sink drain plug that will not stay closed. Room door does not fit will. Picky, picky, I know, but it's minor details that separate relly good places from so-so places.

Great location and rooms were spotless.

This was a nice hotel but it seemed a little overpriced. Clean spacious rooms and pet friendly was a bonus.

Clean, comfortable, convenient and a friendly staff. It's a little further from CSU than we would have liked, but all-in-all a good experience.
