We enjoyed our stay at Annie's Beach House. The host was very nice and attentive when responding to questions before arrival. The house and barn fit our big family perfectly. The yard was great for the kids to play in. Loved the location between Fort Bragg and Mendocino. Overall great stay and great hospitality.

The property was perfect for our family vacation. The views from the house were excellent. The location was excellent for our needs. The kitchen was a big hit, it served us very well. The rooms were comfortable. Really enjoyed the pub upstairs. That was a great gathering place. The dining area and living room and the main house were another excellent spot to hang out. It was nice that everyone had their own bathroom plus a spare downstairs off of the laundry room. The house was a great value and we look forward to staying there again

Boys trip

We are a group of six that do a wine tasting trip every year. Anderson valley has great Pinot noir and is a beautiful setting. The house although not updated was perfect for its setting. Six bedrooms with bathrooms was also spectacular. We had a great time and will be back again.

Excellent Family Vacay

We came up to celebrate our Mother’s 60th birthday, four couples, four kids and a baby. We were all super comfortable. The house was very clean, well equipped, great location, easy beach access and all around charming. Amazing for everyone to basically have their own bathroom and also the bar/game room in the barn was so fun and just a really cool special space. Good times, good vibes and pretty groovy :)The host is also super chill, responsive and very nice. We would definitely come again and highly recommend Annie’s beach house for groups!

50th birthday

The house was great and the barn with the upstairs bar hang out the best the only thing is there are different sets of pictures showing a keurig coffee pot the staff for the rental was fantastic small hang up on check out day but understanding and worked out fine the cleaning cree is great house looks clean

Lovely home, great location

We really enjoyed our stay here - so much space and having two separate houses (the main house and the barn) worked perfectly for our large group. The hosts were so responsive and allowed us to check in an hour early, when we arrived sooner than expected. The location is great, just a short drive into Fort Bragg. One thing we noticed is that the water had a bit of a weird smell to it. Not really sure what it was, but it was the only thing that wasn't perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for large groups

Wonderful ocean view home. Check in is super easy and convenient. The kitchen is well equipped and appliances are simple and easy to use. The barn is a great space and upstairs, Carol's Pub, is the perfect gathering spot to enjoy a drink and listen to records on the record player. The home has plenty of space outside as well with a couple of balconies and front porch perfect for enjoying the ocean view. The yard is lovely and lush with trees and foliage and perfect for relaxing with a book or gathering around the fire pit. We'll be back!

Celebration of Mom

Quaint house and really cool barn with plenty of room four our large party of 12. Loved that every bedroom had their own bathroom an that there was a downstairs bedroom for my elderly mother. The gathering was all about her and she could not have been happier with her surroundings. The kitchen is well appointed but if you need any spices, you better bring them. Luckily there is a Safeway store just down the road in Ft. Bragg. Only miss...the lawn was not mowed recently. All in all great stay.

Loved it!

We absolutely loved our stay. The place is huge!! Everyone enjoyed having their own room. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the linens were soft as butter. The house was very clean. I felt like I was staying at my favorite grandma's house. The garden area was amazing. The plants are huge and healthy, and everything was in bloom. The only problem is the water has a horrible smell. We didn't like washing our fruit in it, and the laundry we washed smelled a bit. Also, the water is hard and it has stained all of the toilets very badly. They look horrible and it took some convincing to get my six year old grandchild to believe it was actually clean and okay to use. We'd love to come back at some point. Thanks for a lovely stay..

The house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of clean rooms and bathrooms for a large family. Kitchen shadows of cooking and eating utensils. Great location near the main highway with access to recreational areas. Great view of the ocean. Loved staying there.
