Desk clerk was too absorbed in her phone to notice a guest was waiting to check in. Clock radio in room was disfunctional. Toilet flapper didn’t seal, so it ran all night. There was no coffee (or anything else) available in the lobby as advertised. The morning desk clerk said she was too sick to put out coffee, etc. Otherwise, it was fine. Pretty clean and comfortable. What does one expect for $60?

Room and hotel were run down. Refrigerator didn’t work. Phone was pulled from the wall. Holes in the walls. Trim around the door was missing. Chain on the door was missing. AC didn’t work. Smelled of mildew. Overall a nasty room. Expected much more from a Wyndham property. No breakfast and the coffee was like warm at best

The bed smelled of pee which made the room stink and the covers and sheets smelled of pee my child and I slept in chairs because of this …the lady at check in was absolutely wonderful

My "go-to" hotel is usually Super8. But I was highly disappointed in this property. My first clue that this would not be good was the overwhelming "skunk" smell as soon as I approached the entrance. My brain was telling me to run, but at that point, I was locked in . The desk clerk was nice enough and was able to get me checked in quickly. Our room was on the second floor, but there was not an elevator. I have a bad knee and climbing stairs is difficult. The hand rail was so loose, I was afraid it would break. Our room was extremely hot as they had the a/c off, and it smelled horrible. It took hours for the room to cool down making it difficult to sleep. There was no smoke alarm, the security lock on the door was broken, and the toilet didn't flush right. But it was already 3am when we arrived and I was too tired to ask for a different room. Moral of the story: if your gut is telling you to run, then RUN!

The beds were hard. That alone messed my back up for a week. No continental breakfast. The refrigerator door dragged the carpet because it was missing parts to keep it level on the floor. No one was at the desk during the day. I got what I paid for I guess.

This property was loud and dirty, the smoke detectors had no batteries. There was no breakfast, or 24 hour coffee. Bad enough they gave us a refund. The carpet was filthy in the rooms and hall.

Undoubtedly the worst hotel Dear Super 8 by Wyndham Forrest City Arkansas, My family and I stayed at your hotel on May 2 and 4, 2025, occupying six rooms. I would like to bring to your attention several concerns we experienced during our stay. Firstly, it took over ten minutes for staff to greet us upon arrival. Additionally, the back and side doors were left wide open, which posed security concerns. Upon entering the rooms, we observed a strong odor of mold and cigarette smoke, and the floors appeared to have not been vacuumed. We also had to request the remote control for the television and an iron for our room. The bathroom was not adequately cleaned, and in one of the rooms, the hot water was unavailable. We also requested a chair to replace a broken one, and found that the refrigerator in one room was not functioning. The breakfast service was none, and the door handles did not operate properly. The carpets appeared to be in need of cleaning, and I was bitten by a spider during our stay. Considering the rate paid, we expected a more comfortable and well-maintained environment. We hope you will address these issues to prevent future inconveniences for your guests. Sincerely, Shelia Curry

There was no breakfast even though that was advertised. The place was very run down. Most of the room doors had damage as if people had tried to break in, in the past. The locks for the doors were in bad shape and falling off. We were given two rooms, one had an occupant already, then were given two new rooms. All three rooms we saw had door and lock damage. One of the rooms smelled like strong cigarette smoke even though it is non-smoking. The other had pieces of the bed frame lying under the window.

Advertized premium channels on tv but did not have nfl playoff game. Also, furniture was worn and shabby and a 1' x 4' wall panel fell down, exposing the the studs. We ended up not staying, even though we could not get our money back. Very disappointing.
