Very clean! Check in was easy. All of the downtown area is easily walkable from the condo. Very easy/quick access to the beach. Parking was covered and had no trouble finding a spot.

The property was a great location on the beach with fun restaurants and shops. The condo we stayed in did not match the online photos which was a little disappointing. There was hair in one of the bathroom showers and on the towels. It was odd that the guests were asked to provide our own kitchen towels and kitchen cleaning cloths. We had a fun time and the property was nice but I don't think this site can be categorized as "newly remodeled".

Love Folly Beach and these Villas- we have stayed often. This unit was nice - we cook in at night , kitchen did not support for the capacity of unit. Advised property management that the bunk is not sturdy nor anchored, not even for littles. The view amazing, pool love this area.

Relaxing Beach Trip

This was a great rental for our family of 6 adults. Very spacious with plenty of seating in the common areas. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. The king & queen sized beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean. The balcony overlooking the ocean was perfect! We would definitely rent here again.

Girl's Getaway

The property was nice and the location was great. Everything inside was clean. Staff was responsive. Location was close to restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Beach was beautiful. Issues: TV/Cable service didn’t work even after staff tried to figureit out. Construction was literally next door so our view was obstructed by a scaffold and large machinery was parked below our balcony. Outside balcony area was dusty probably from construction.

Good stay but...

The condo was in a great location and was nicely appointed. The host provided everything you could need in the kitchen. The only complaint was the ongoing construction. It was noisy beginning at 8 a.m. and was constant throughout the day as you would imagine with construction. One evening we came in from being out all day and the condo smelled very strongly like fresh paint which I am assuming came from the exterior work being done on our end of the condos. The elevator on our end was shut down due to construction so it created more of a challenge to get our luggage and other items to where we were staying. Overall, the place was nice. It was in a good location that was easy to get to and had plenty of amenities. We'd definitely be willing to stay again after construction is complete.

We had an awesome time. The condo was very nice! The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, utensils and cookware. It was also centrally located to everything( we walked everywhere). The view was amazing and we loved sitting on the balcony enjoying a meal listening to the waves! We also enjoyed watching the surfers, dolphins, sand pipers, brown pelicans and wind surfers! We can not wait to return for another visit! The only critique I have is regarding the Vayk gear credit you had to place the reservation 48 hrs prior to arrival.. we were at the unit for 3 weeks and wanted to rent the bikes but the HOA did not allow bike rentals, we did not let that ruin the trip, just wish the credit was more flexible!

Loved our family getaway here. Great view. Despite the fire alarm of the entire complex going off at midnight our first night there, we had a great time. Our three boys loved being able to walk right out to the beach. The adults loved all the dining options within walking distance. Everything was clean and for the most part well organized. A little disappointed to open the Sorry game box only to find the main board was missing. Fortunately, one of our adults was wise enough to bring several fun games we enjoyed in the evening. The biggest disappointment was only having one fob to get into the beach or pool area available. It was a challenge organizing trips back and forth among three families with only one fob.

Great size for large groups, awesome location

We loved the space, everyone had a comfortable bed and 3 bathrooms made getting ready very easy. Right on the beach and a short walk to center street in Folly or an Uber away from downtown Charleston. Great quality amenities too!

Sand Fort

We enjoyed our stay at Sand Fort. The villa wasa very clean and well kept. The location was perfect to walk to local restaurants and shops. I give it a 5/5 but the only suggestion I have is to replace the mattress in the master bedroom. It has a dip in the middle causing both sleeper to roll to the middle.
