Great place to stay!

This adorable, clean and spacious condo was centrally located to restaurants, etc and a lovely view of the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here and we would definitely stay here again!

The best!

This was the best place we’ve ever rented! Clean, well decorated, centrally located, and great beach access. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the deck was the best.

Wonderful stay!

The room was extremely clean. The host made the check-in and check-out process was very easy. Hosts were kind and accommodating. The location was very convenient as well.

Nice stay!

The location was very nice with a short walk across the beach to the ocean. There were a few minor maintenance issues that could easily be fixed, now that they know about them. Overall a nice place.

Folly friends trip

I have to come to Charleston twice a year for medical treatment. We always stay at Folly. This was the first time staying in a condo. It will not be our last. This resort was top notch.

Anniversary

Celebrating 33 years and friends celebrating 32 years of marriage. Had a relaxing long weekend. Great food, views, and friends. Condo was very nice and clean. Would definitely stay again. Everything was great, but would recommend some better pillows.

Great vacation. We love Folly Beach!

We were disappointed with the inaccurate details on VRBO. When we communicated the concerns with Vacasa they were quick to respond but never followed up with our concern about getting a parking pass that was missing from the unit. Besides that, we had a great time and will definitely be back to Folly.

Perfect location and clean

Our stay at Pavilion Watch was wonderful. Great location just across the street from the beach and with a beautiful view of the ocean. Very clean and well equipped. We will rent this unit again!!

Beach condo with ocean view

Loved that a beach access path was directly across the street, making the walk to the beach no more than 2 min once you were packed up. There were plenty of bath towels, bath mats, etc. And the bathrooms were properly clean. Bedrooms and common rooms were clean as well and well stocked. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and a good variety of pots and pans and tools for cooking. Overall, we were extremely happy with our experience at Pavilion Watch. I would happily change my four star review to a five star review if the owners upgrade all tvs ton modern smart tvs so that streaming technologies could be used in the evenings.

Great Location

This was a perfect place for our Folly family vacation. We had never been to Folly before, so it was great to be so close to all of the bars and restaurants, as well as a very short walk to the beach. Great ocean view from the front deck - despite being across the street - it felt like ocean front. Would definitely stay here again.

Great access to everything Folly has to offer

This condo unit was very clean and great access to all Folly has to offer. Quick walk to all of the downtown shops and eateries, directly across from beach access, and a golf cart rental allows you to explore more of the island easily! Parking spots were a little confusing but Vacasa was able to help us figure that out easily. The pool was a great feature, however the restrooms at the pool need upgraded. We would 100% rent this condo again.

Perfect

Great location for my family! Love Folly and all it has to offer without having to drive ! Snapper Jack’s shrimp was on point! The condo was clean and roomy , we slept great and can see the ocean from the kitchen, my husband did go to Harris Teeter a couple of times and it’s great too! Bert’s was awesome for quick needs. We will definitely be booking again ! You do see the Tides parking lot but the ocean is just beyond and still beautiful and easy walk to beach…..oh and the porch was a great size!
