Just a few minutes' drive from the town and the nearby beaches of Follonica, the property borders the Montioni Park. This prime location allows guests to enjoy peaceful walks in the countryside while also having easy access to the Carboniferous beaches and the Mortelliccio Sterpaia Park, all while avoiding the crowds at the bathing establishments.

The villa also offers a variety of activities, including fishing, horseback riding, and biking.

Surrounded by about 2,000 olive trees, many of which are centuries-old, the estate produces organic extra-virgin olive oil, and guests can enjoy on-site tastings.

The apartment also has a large lounge with access to a private outdoor area for meals, as well as a private garden with panoramic views of the bay, perfect for relaxing in the sun.
