It’s beautiful place to stay

Views are beautiful, staff is very friendly.

Location was excellent. Beautiful views of the town and cliffs.

First when we came to the hotel, everyone seemed very friendly. Due to a mistake on my end with the reservation, we waited 45 minutes for the staff to put one single bed in a room. The hotel did offer us prosecco, but it appears that everyone gets prosecco upon check in, so we werent accommodated any special way for our 45 minute wait. Also, we check in much later than check in time so rooms technically should be ready when the hotel's official check in time is. Next, our room was a disaster. It seemed as if it was from 200 years ago, no maintanenece. After reviewing my "check in" experience on Orbitz, the hotel received my review and comments and emailed me back right away with an explanation that does not quite match the situation and the room we were given. After a 45 minute wait you'd expect to receive a standard room, and when I complained about how bad the room is, and finally when we were moved the next day, I realized what a huge difference there was between the quality of the rooms. It seems as if the hotel does not really care to help guests out much more than their hands may reach as well. It's upsetting that they consider themselves 4 stars when really it's a 3 star hotel. There was no lotion in the bathrooms, bizarre that in 85-90 degree weather and lots of sun, this hotel does not provide guests with lotion as ALL 4 STAR hotels all over the world do. Lastly, no one cared to help me with my 6 luggages upon check out. Not even a "thank you for staying with us".

This hotel caught my attention from the pictures and it’s even more charming in person. I was traveling alone and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s definitely a hotel I’d return to.

Miramalfi is a four star hotel. The ambiance is very romantic. The hotel sits into the mountain and has many platforms with lounges and umbrella's overlooking the sea. The pool is large and built into the mountain wall. The rooftop lounge is very large with couches and umbrellas creating a romantic vibe. The main restaurant is decorated beautifully and the outdoor tables set the scene for a perfect & romantic setting. Great breakfast, lunch and dinner selections.

Bed to sleep in was terrible. Never had a good night sleep. Hard as a rock bed. Beautiful view from anywhere in hotel. Paying for the view and pool/ocean within feet of your stay.

Absolutely amazing.....we stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed every second. Not very good internet but who cares

We stayed at the Miramalfi for our honeymoon, and the best part of the hotel is THE VIEW and I suppose the location. The hotel has a shuttle service but does not provide hourly transporation to and from the center city which means you have to walk down a narrow cliff and a whole lot of stairs to get to the city center (not so pleasant in the summer months). The hotel did have our room ready on time, as I had requested an earlier check-in however everything was pretty much down hill from there. The room AC did not work to it's potential and staying in mid-July did not help. Aside from the air conditioning, there were bugs on the ceiling and walls which was unacceptable. They did provide us with a bug-repellent plug-in but as you imagine this did not sit well with my husband or I. We had one of the staff personnel help us, and though I cannot recall her name--she was VERY helpful in showing us all the possible rooms available. We were staying for 5+ nights, so a room with AC was a necessity. During our stay in the new room, the AC wasn't great but it worked far better than the first room. The hotel lost their power a few times and the hotel manager did not seem to be bothered that we complained about not having internet / AC in 99+ degree weather. Our stay was nothing I would rave about, but Amalfi Coast made up for all of the let downs by Hotel Miramalfi.

Hotel was a short cab ride or 5-7 minute walk from downtown if you like it quite stay in Amalfi
