This was a nice house. We came down for a race so we mainly needed some where to sleep. Did try to cook breakfast one morning. Bare minimum of cooking things. Other than that we very much enjoyed our stay.

We rented the house while down for a race and it is conveniently located. As someone else mentioned, it’s definitely a bare-bones situation with no extras. And someone mentioned the bathroom walls in another review, which really were very dirty. The house needs updating, but it has good bones. It wouldn’t take much to make it nice, but overall our stay there was fine.

Got the job done but about the same quality of a cheap motel

Check in was great and the communication was prompt. House was definitely put together and only 1 tv in the house (primary bedroom tv didn’t have cable or a working remote). Carpet was past its life expectancy and either dirt or growth was throughout the walls and floor of the bathrooms. My intention is not to make this property a terrible choice but to let future guest know that this is a bare minimum house. We were there for the race so we just needed a place to lay our heads but if your trip includes being at the house for extended time, I would look elsewhere.

Hot water

No hot water the facilitator was happy to help while we were there but we still weren’t able to take a hot shower. We rented this same place on the way back hopefully this will be remedied if not it’ll be scratched off our list for future rentals. I hope not everything else with the property we liked.

Excellent Communication

Upon arrival the heater was not working. We sent a message and got a response very quickly. A repairman was sent and the problem was fixed. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were large. We plan to stay here again when we come back in town.
