4/5 Good

"My overall experience at the Kenmore Hotel was okay. The guest service was nice, especially during check-in, and the staff was pleasant and welcoming. However, I was very disappointed that the elevator was out of service, requiring guests to walk up four flights of stairs just to get to their rooms. This was extremely inconvenient and unacceptable, especially for guests carrying luggage or anyone who may have difficulty climbing stairs. An elevator is an important part of guest comfort and accessibility, and this issue should have been addressed or communicated to guests ahead of time. While I appreciate the friendly customer service, the elevator situation definitely took away from the overall experience. I hope management takes steps to ensure this does not happen to future guests."
