331 Acres of Comfort & Rest, ❤ of the Bluegrass- 12 mins from ARK w/Hot Tub

This unquie convenient Farm Stay is centrally located in the ‘Golden Triangle’ between Louisville, Lexington, and Cincinnati. The Lodge is located on a private 331 acre family operational beef cattle farm.

A stay at Riley Farms will not only provide you exposure to an operational cattle farm, but also gives you a convenient experience to be with mother nature, where our wide-open spaces are filled with plenty of sights of wildlife, birds, rabbits, turkey, deer and more. The Lodge is nestled in between Kentucky's gently rolling hills and provides a simple escape to nature's paradise.

We welcome you to take walks or a jog (if you happen to be a runner) down our gravel lane, where you can take in views of cattle and calves grazing in the fields, and likely a picture prefect sun rise or sunset. The Lodge has a fully stocked kitchen to enjoy on site cooked meals. The back/side yard easily allows you to enjoy a game of wiffle ball, soccer or other yard games. You may want to spend your evenings around the firepit roasting a hotdog or marshmallows or just relaxing in your lawn chair outdoors in the countryside. Should it be winter, we encourage you travel to KY with 4-wheel drive due to possible snow and icy conditions at times.

The Lodge contains 3 private bedrooms (two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and one room with 2 full beds), as well as 2 sofa pull-out couches that can each sleep 2 and single roll-away bed. The Lodge can comfortably sleep 13, with 2 full bathrooms and onsite washer and dryer. Along with a large open living room and kitchen, and with stocked Coffee/Tea area. The large customize built kitchen island is the focal point of the Lodge and provides a great space for conversation over meals you can prepare on site. You may also choose to soak in our 5 person jet hot tub, open all year around.

This stay provides you a comfortable place to rest while traveling to any of our common attractions, but uniquely this Farm Stay could also be the ‘trip’ you’re looking for, as there is much to experience here on site without ever leaving. You are sure to rest and relax here as other guest have loved the seclusion of The Lodge. Many have commented on the peacefulness of sitting under the covered porch and we are thankful to share our farm life with others.

For your full farm experience, for those that may be interested, pending availability we also offer Farm Fresh Beef & eggs available for purchase. From our pasture to your plate, our Beef is solely bred, born, grass fed and pastured raised at Riley Farms, USDA inspected. More details provided upon request.

Conveniently located within 8 miles from I-75 interstate and The Ark Encounter (12 min or so drive) and historic downtown Williamstown (shopping and dining). 25 minutes from KY Horse Park, Big Bone State Park and more.

Host is happy to share more details on local seasonal attractions, dining and shopping.

Loved our stay!

It was close to the ark encounter and perfect for our 3 families to stay. We had lots of kids and they enjoyed playing outside and having a big cousin sleepover in the living room. This is a great location if you want to unwind and be close to the ark.

Very peaceful, very relaxing, plenty of space for our kids to run around outside and play. The kitchen and eating area was big enough that our family of 9 did not feel cramped, living room area was the same. Bedrooms worked nicely for everyone, and the full size, quality washer/dryer made laundry a breeze. A variety of toys available for our littles was special, and having a pak-n-play already there was so handy. The kitchen was nicely stocked with cooking and baking utensils/dishes making it easy to make all our meals. The sunrises and sunsets were amazing, the first night we were treated to seeing the Northern Lights for over an hour (maybe not the norm, but it was so special!). Then to close out our stay we could see the comet in the western sky at dusk. We loved the rural-ness of the property, while the proximity to the Ark, the Creation Museum, and grocery shopping made our several-day trip such a relaxing and enjoyable time. Definitely recommend for families or anyone looking for some quiet, country-side R&R!

We had 10 of us including 5 kids 10-17 staying over Memorial Day weekend to be near a family graduation. This property was absolutely a breath of fresh air. The house was plenty spacious for all of us, the kitchen well-stocked, a hot tub to enjoy sunrises and coffee, the outdoor space was perfect, and we loved being able to enjoy the farm. If you’re looking for fast-paced and close to action, this is not the place for you. But if you need a real break, lots of quality family time, and a place to rest and recharge, Riley Farms offers spectacular views, fresh air, farm-grown eggs, rolling hills, a herd of cows, fireflies, and a thousand shades of green. We loved it!

Riley Farms is Great!

Stayed here with my family to visit the Ark Encounter. Not even 15 minutes from the Ark and Williamstown. The house was very clean and well kept and had an awesome vibe to it. Hot tub was great! The host was very responsive to messages and accommodating, setting out a high chair for us in advance of our arrival. We even bought frozen beef from her family. We would definitely stay here again should we visit the Ark again! Overall it was a great experience staying at Riley Farms!

Beautiful!

We loved the setting of this spectacular farm house. Views were gorgeous watching the sun rise and set. One level made it easy for my Momma with her walker. We ended up staying an extra night just to enjoy the peacefulness of the valley. The house is stocked with everything you need. Our kids enjoyed playing corn hole, the hot tub and a nice cozy fire. The Host was wonderful! My youngest daughter wants to move now, but only if we can live on the farm.

This was our second time staying at the Lodge at Riley Farms. We had another fabulous holiday in KY! The Lodge is spacious, clean, well furnished and comfortable. Walking down the lane or sitting on the covered porch in the evenings to unwind after a day at the Ark Encounter or shopping was just what our family needed. We hope to be back again!!!
