La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Dallas DFW Airport North
2/5 Poor
"The airport shuttle took quite a while to get from the airport. Harry was running the front desk around midnight when a rush of people arrived because of a flight groundstop due to weather in the area. He was doing a great job and was helpful even though he was overburdened due to the amount of people checking-in. I'd give Harry 5-stars. However, the La Quinta was not up to par with the others I've stayed in. The entire hallway and premises seemed fairly dirty. The room we stayed in had a lot of black mildew in the bathroom. Bed was very comfortable, though. There is a water dispenser in the lobby with cut lemons in it. Unfortunately the lemons must have been there for a couple of days because the water had a very off-flavor, so I just dumped out my cup. Good for a stay if in a bind, but I wouldn't come back."
