I planned my stay here for the night of the Ducks football playoff game. The prices are crazy, but we wanted to stay with a hot tub and get a room with 2 queen beds. The night and next morning that we were there the hot tub was out of service due to chlorine levels too high (this is a maintenance problem), and the room only had 2 full mattresses. Very disappointed.

Terrible! Customer service was awful, so bad we checked out mid stay. We booked for 2 nights and stayed one night. Second night, Rachel the lead at the desk made us feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome we actually checked out and checked into a different hotel. The hotel then declined a refund even though they were the ones who made us feel so uncomfortable we felt we had to leave. I will never ever be back, I will be leaving multiple reviews in any place I can and I will be making sure others understand how uncomfortable they made us feel. I have a big voice considering I’m a small business owners whose business is in transportation and accommodation. Wouldn’t even give them a star if it was possible.
