Nice condo type of room with combined small living and kitchen area which is separate from the bedroom. The living area is charming although it is showing signs of wear. We liked the location right next to Fall River and fairly close to one of the entrances to Rocky Mountain NP. This place is not walkable to Estes Park, but that did not matter to us. Also, there is very limited parking near the front of the building which means you may have to park up a small hill away from your unit if your unit is in the front. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location on the Fall River and very spacious. Would have given excellent but we are big coffee drinkers and the coffee maker was disgustingly dirty and cheap. Mind you there is no air conditioning either and we were there during a heat wave.

Jonny, the owner/manager was extreamly helpful. The rest of the staff respectful. The rooms were clean, well apointed and had everything necessary for a wonderful stay. The location is incredible! This property is remarkable! Having a full kitchen and Condo style unit was fantastic and convenient. The property was impeccably maintained. The property is not just near nature, it is IN nature. The river is part of the hotel. We loved this stay. It was easy to check in and check out. 2 miles outside of RMNP. Add in the hot tub and laundry and this place is a must stay near RMNP.

Thje Woodlands on Fall river is where you want to stay on your next trip to Estes Park - the rooms are very clean and the staff will work to take care of all your needs - My wife and i have stayed at the Woodlands for over 20 years and it is the place we will always stay - It is just a beautiful setting on Fall River and it is always well maintained.
