Nice home. Quiet neighborhood.

Neat property in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful mountain views from front porch or through massive front windows. Short drive to town center.

Easy, Beautiful Stay

The house was GORGEOUS and had everything we need - including a high chair for our little baby boy! The neighborhood was gorgeous - we took a little walk around each morning. The deck was great and the views were fabulous. Check in was easy and communication with host was great.

Great property and location

Beautiful home with great views! We stayed over Labor Day weekend with my wife and 1 year old. We were impressed with the property and especially the views. We were glad to find a high chair and kid friendly items on the property. Highly recommend!

Cabin in the mountains

It was exactly what I was looking for. Awesome time with family in the mountains sledding and enjoying the outdoors. Snowing a few days was a big plus. Highly recommend this place. If you want that cabin in the mountains feel instead of super luxury this is the one for you.

Great Views & Location

Our family enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need. We needed to communicate with the host and they were quick to respond. My only criticism is that the electronics (tv/sound system etc.) were dated. We were out all day and too tired from hiking to do much in the evenings but if you're a movie or gaming family that may be important to you.

Nice Vacation

The home is older than expected based on the pictures. Lots of space which was great for our family vacation with 8ppl. Weird lighting, always felt dark even with all lights on. Location was as expected, if we go to Estes again we might try staying closer to the river and shopping area, but it is a quick drive to get into town. There is a little park by the entrance to the area which my kids enjoyed. We saw two elk in this area several times. No air conditioning, which is common in this area, however, the week we stayed was very warm. Was about 10pm before the house was a comfortable temp. Nice deck with swing, furniture and grill. Two refrigerators which was nice to store all the food and drinks we brought along. Coffee maker was broken upon arrival, we didn't have enough wash cloths for everyone to have one and one of the windows didn't lock. The property management company brought a new coffee machine and enough wash clothes very promptly. They were aware of window not locking.

Beautiful and cozy

Our group of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids ages 4-9) had an impromptu Thanksgiving here and it was cozy and wonderful! The views are breathtaking and the house is beautiful. The bed frames/mattresses could use an upgrade, but everything else was great!

Another great stay at SkyView

This is our second stay at SkyView and it was wonderful as always. We love the location, the views, the deck and the house itself. Well stocked with essentials, very comfortable. Easy access to town, park entrances, Longs Peak area, etc. We saw lots of wildlife in the neighborhood including elk and deer. We’re already looking forward to our next stay and would love to spend more time at SkyView.

Amazing view

Lovely home with amazing view. Great location for visiting RMNP. Supplies at this home were very minimal. No basics in the kitchen, such as hand soap, foil, one packet of coffee for coffee maker, no storage bags. One roll of toilet tissue in each bathroom, several notes throughout the home printed in caps of what not to do doesn’t feel very welcoming, checkout at 10 am. Just want others to know what to expect.

Wonderful stay!

Our family of 5 had an amazing, albeit short, stay at this property. The house was spacious, offered fantastic views, was located conveniently close to town, and had an authentic, comfortable, rustic feel perfect for a mountain home. Our kids affectionately referred to it as the "cabin" and loved exploring every inch of it. Overall, it was perfect for our stay in Estes Park - thank you!

Perfect place for our family reunion

We really enjoyed this house! The views were amazing. It was well furnished, including comfortable beds. Downtown Estes Park and RMNP were very close. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great location

Great house for families. Easy access to town and national park without being on a main drag. Great sunset and sunrise views and excellent porch. Only concern is with younger kids or adults with mobility issues, stairs may be a little steep for them. Would stay here again.

Mountain Retreat

Our family returned to Sky View for the July 4th weekend. We always enjoy our stay there and the view from the house is magnificent and magical. Enough room for everyone and the “littles” had a blast giggling and playing together at the tot lot. Loved our Family meals around the table and the town was close to home. Lots to do in Estes so take advantage of it. The AC upgrade was everything!

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay! Location of the house makes it easy to get to RMNP and to downtown Estes Park. Great views from the living room. Would have loved it if those big windows could open so we could enjoy the cross breeze. However, it was really nice to sit out on the deck in the open air. Property managers were responsive and very nice to work with.

We were well cared for!

Very satisfied with our stay. The owners had some plumbing issues so they had to substitute a condo for us. But they were very professional and gave a discount. And the condo was brand new and very comfortable and beautiful. December 2017
