The pool and garden are common, in those spaces there are the respective regulations, in addition to which we send them to you at the time of your reservation.)

It is a family accommodation, so we do not allow parties :)

In response to the safety of our guests and the accommodations, when confirming your reservation with us, you will be asked for the following information:

Full names of the guests who visit us
Model, plates, and color of the cars
Photograph of the front of your official identification

This is in order to confirm the veracity of our guests' information, and to safeguard everyone's safety. It is a requirement that the community where the accommodation is located has. Likewise, there are cameras on the outside of the house, looking only towards the street.

We can receive you personally with great pleasure to show you the house and explain any questions you may have, or you can also enter independently with a key box :)

Keys and access control are left in the key box outside.
