Very modern, clean, nice colors, cozy rooms with a fire place, and loved the unique shower with multiple shower heads.Only complaint is a guy kept going in and out the side door to his business and slammed it each time and was very loud. It was probably 15 times in about 2 hours and was trying to nap. Not essy to nap! But thats not the hotels fault. Easy check in too. Would stay again!

Nice a first glance, but...

This hotel looks great, but is not terribly functional in a number of ways. There is only one tiny trash can in the bathroom, but none in the room with the sink, and not one by the desk for you to discard your coffee waste. The large modular shelf for hanging allows for only one person to be able to see the TV from the bed, which was the only option as there was no other seating in this room. The television was a nightmare. Not everyone uses phone apps for streaming, so it was simply of no use to us. The unmanned check-in process would have been especially problematic had one of the staff not come out to see what we were struggling with. (The room key printer was out of cards.) Originally, we were booked in a second floor room, although this hotel has no elevator. That's an issue for those of us in our late 60s, although I don't imagine anyone wanting to huff a heavy suitcase up a substantial set of stairs.

We have stayed here before because it is modern, clean and spacious. This time the keycard gave us the key to the wrong room and we (unpleasantly) surprised a man whose room it really was. The person on staff quickly took care of it. Once in the room, the usb outlets on my side of the bed didn't work. NONE of the outlets in the bathroom worked, so I couldn't plug in a dryer or our electric toothbrush. The rest of the room was as I remembered and loved. I hope they don't let the rooms continue to fall apart and keep on the maintenance.

I contacted the property mgr before confirming reservation to make sure there would be someone to let us in as this property does check in remotely & I was having trouble with the Virdee app. She assured us she would be there to let us in & she also came to the room & walked us through how to work some of the items. She also messaged us with a text & offered to help in any way.
